When connecting a camera please note the following:

- Make sure that your Wi-Fi router is turned on.
- Make sure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and on the same network as the camera, but not to a 3G, 4G or EDGE network.
- Make sure that the camera is within the range of the router so that it can receive stable Wi-Fi signal.
- High-speed (upload speed of 1 Mbps or above and download speed of 2Mbps or above) Wi-Fi network connection for the camera is recommended. Try a website such as www.speedtest.net to test the upload and download speed of your Wi-Fi network.
