Answered: How to set the time whicch is displayed on the stream video?

If we understood you correctly, you mean the timestamp which is reflected on the videostream picture, it's up to the camera settings, the ones which are on its web interface. This feature isn't set up via Ivideon.
The setting of the time on the camera is also situated on its web interface. The only time setting which belongs to Ivideon is your time zone and you can find it in the Personal account => More => Settings.
