The application that allows to use a camera of your mobile device as an IP-camera is available only for Android devices. Maybe such an application will appear in the future for iOS based devices and Windows phones, but the release date is not settled yet. In any case we will forward this improvement request to the respective department.

To add any model of any manufacturer to Ivideon server we need you to send us the correct RSTP/Mjpeg link to support@ivideon.com with a request. After that we will add it in the next versions of the Ivideon server.

Please take into account that If your video Ip camera is not on the list, please contact the device's manufacturer. Tell him that you are planning to connect it to Ivideon Server and that you will need an RTSP/Mjpeg link to the video stream

You could also find the needed link data in the user manual.

The correct RTSP link should open in the VLC player.

When you get the link, you can try to add the Ip camera to Ivideon Server by selecting the "Other Manufacturer" from the manufacturers' list and adding the video stream link to the URL field.

After checking, please send the received links to us and we will add support for your device to Ivideon Server.

Moreover, make sure that WI-FI connection is sufficient for the correct work of the device. Please note that upload speed of the Internet should be not less than 1,5 - 2 Mbit/s  for one Oco camera.

We apologize for our prolonged response.

Only cameras that have Ivideon firmware onboard can work independently without need of a computer. There are two types of the cameras that support Ivideon firmware:

- cameras with build-in Ivideon. IP cameras with built-in Ivideon firmware do not require any connection to a PC, but only Internet access and power supply. They work with the Ivideon cloud by themselves -  just attach a camera to your Ivideon account and you will be able to access it from anywhere over the Internet.

Phillips Insight cameras can be bought in Applestore with the Ivideon Server already installed on them.
A new Oco camera be bought from getoco.com


- IP cameras with installed Ivideon. All the cameras that support Ivideon implementations are present on the following list here https://www.ivideon.com/ip-camera-firmware/. All you`ll need to do is to upgrade its firmware with our. The Firmware itself and instructions on how to upgrade it are available on our site here https://www.ivideon.com/ip-camera-firmware/. Once upgraded, they`ll work exactly as the cameras with build-in Ivideon.

So if your cameras are present of the list of the cameras that support Ivideon implementations, you can just download the firmware for them and use your cameras as independent devices.

All the other cameras require the Ivideon Server to be running and being started on-line. When you turn-off your computer, the Server is no longer running and video is no longer sent to our Servers. To be able to access your cameras you need to keep your computer and the Server running all the time.

The nubmer of users that can watch the public camera at one and the same time is unlimited.
Our serverswill handle the load, so there are no restrictions on the simultaneous access to the public camera.

The Oco camera is on the Free subscription plan by default. To activate the free promo subscription please open your Personal Account on the website and click on My Services tab => Change plan where you'll be able to activate 1 Day Cloud for free (to do it you should click on the blue Try for free button under the plan discription).
If there's no such button please send us an email at support@ivideon.com with the link to this question. We'll forward your request to our Financial Department so that they could restore the promo subscription for you.

The on/off option is released for the mobile Ivideon app. Unfortunately, this feature is not supported on the website or desktop Ivideon Client interface. Perhaps, this feature will be added in future, but we can't name the exact date of release.

The cameras could be attached under one Server (destination/name) only if they are connected through Ivideon Server application. In this variant all the cameras are listed under the name of your Server, one under another.
All the cameras with Ivideon firmware are connected as individual objects, with separate Servers on them. Unfortunatly it's imposible o place them under one Server. Please note that the number of cameras you can add to one personal account is unlimited, and you can choose the subscription plans you need for each of them.

Could you please precise what is the indication on the camera?
Is there internet connection in the place where the camera is located?
Is the camera connected to the power outlet?

You can try to unplug and plug in back the camera.
In case you turned off the camera via the mobile application, please open the app and turn on the camera.

Please specify, did you try to export the archive in the personal account or in the desktop version of the Ivideon Client application?
Please describe what happens when you try to launch the Ivideon Server app? When you press a start button what status does the server have - started offline or started online?

Answered: I have one camera setup via IPCamera up on Samsung GalxyS3. It disconnects after couple of hours of stream. Any fix?

Please make sure that there are no Internet cuts-off when the issue described by you happens. Also please check the Power management setting of IP Webcam app. Make sure that the the settings Stop camera and Deactivate display are not enabled and the Keep screen active setting is active.  As a variant please try to reinstall the application. If that doesn't help we advise you to contact the developer of the IP Webcam application: pas.anddev@gmail.com.

The cameras that have already been configured and connected to the free subscription plan will not change the way they work even if a new camera is added to the same account. However, it will be necessary to choose a pricing plan for a new camera (no more than two cameras can be free on one and the same account).

In your personal account you can set the notifications schedule for your camera and specify when you want to receive notifications - from always to never. For instructions on how to do it please go to the page 6 of this manual:

You can also specifically turn off all email notifications in the Ivideon mobile app, to do that, open a camera, press the settings button in the top right corner of the screen and select "settings" (it's under "notifications").

The amount of archive that may be stored in our cloud doesn't depend on the type of the cameras. It depends on the subscription plan accordng to which you may store the video for 7, 30 and 60 days. The subscription plans are listed here: https://www.ivideon.com/pricing/ . Please note that the Online subscription plan doesn't have a cloud storage option at all.
As for the 2 months of storage this feature is available on the Professional pricing plan. Kindly note that this subscription is connecting for the whole account, in other words all the cameras on your account will be automatically switched to this plan. The feature of connecting the cloud storage on this plan is additional and the its cost for 2 months is $22.50/month per camera.
As for the other subscription packages (7-Day Cloud and 30-Day Cloud), the cloud storage option is included into the subscription fee and is $9.99 / month per camera (7-Day Cloud) and $19.99 / month per camera (30-Day Cloud).
