Please specify the following details:

-what is the download speed of the Internet connection available for your mobile device? (You can test it at speedtest.net. If it is possible, please send us a screenshot with the results).

-what is the upload speed in the cameras' network? (You can also test it at speedtest.net. If it is possible, please send us a screenshot with the results).

-are Ivideon notifications enabled in the settings of your mobile device? To check this please open the main menu of your smartphone, choose "Settings" - "Notifications" "Ivideon" - turned on.

-do you get any notifications from other apps?

- did you receive notifications before?

 Moreover, please try the following:

2) in the main menu hit "Sign out";
3) сlose the app;
4) reboot your smartphone (this step is essential, please don't ignore it);

We're looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear user,

Please specify at what step of connection does the difficulty occur? Do you get any error message?

Please check the following recomendations out:

To connect the camera of your mobile device, please perform the following:
- please open the IP Webcam application -> select Cloud streaming -> in the Cloud streaming menu please tick Cloud streaming active -> choose Ivideon account point -> log in ( if you don't have an account, choose "Create an account") -> then, please go back to the main menu of the app and press "Start server". In the left upper corner please tap «How do I connect?» and choose «Using Ivideon» point. Then please press «OK» to save the settings.
After that the camera will be attached to your personal account and automatically subscribed to the free Online subscription package.

Recommendations
While using the IP webcam app, please keep in mind the following:
- please note that Internet connection bandwidth matters. One camera will require at least 1 Mbit/sec of upload speed and 2 Mbits/s of download speed;
- OS Android v. 4.1 or higher required to run the IP Webcam application;
- the broadcast remains active only while the Start server button is pressed;
- the device with active continuous broadcast should be constantly connected to the power socket since the processes of recording and transmitting require much power.

Please let us know if the above given recomendations help!
