Answered: My camera gives me the error message that it is "offline" and "no video".

Dear User!

Could you please tell us, what camera model do you have? Do you want to connect the camera via Wi-Fi, but facing some troubles with that?

If it's connected via LAN cable to your router, it's the only way the camera currently gets connected to the network, it won't work (image from it won't be available), if you unplug it from the router.
