Answered: It stalls a lot,it shows archived rather than live feed...it takes 100% CPU when server is on.

According to the information from our system you have a webcam connected via the Ivideon Server program. If this this a server in question then please note that webcams may heavily load a PC because all the video captured by this type of camera is processed by a computer.
