Answered: Can I take a photograph from the website once the camera is set-up and streaming, with higher res than the video feed.

As far as we understand, you're utilizing the camera of an Android device as an IP camera.
The thing is that the camera catches video in resolution which is set in the app and physically available for it. So, there is no way to make it better remotely by means of any other app.
It goes without saying that you can try to make a screenshot of the live feed remotely, but we don't guarantee that  the resolution of the image will be higher.
